This kawaii edition collar features a classic Peter Pan style collar with a multi coloured cotton heart fabric on top in either a white, pink or black colour. 
Each collar is double layered, comes with white heart lace detailing around the edges of the collar and a satin ribbon in the front middle- all tied neatly on a bow.
